Trophy Bulls
Splendor Ridge Elk Farm raises 18-24 trophy bulls each year for the trophy hunt market. We have the certifications to move to just about any state that allows elk importation.
We understand antler style is just as important as the score. Our breeding focuses on early maturing bulls with a great typical look. We sell our bulls at the ages of 3 and 4 with scores ranging from 350"-450"+ SCI. We have 500"+ bulls for sale as well.
Because hunters also like thick bodied bulls, we also breed for large body size and keep the bulls in great body condition. Our trophy bulls are fed a specific diet of grain/nutritional supplement and high quality hay in the spring as their antlers begin to grow, followed by lush green pasture in the summer which allows them to achieve superior antler growth and body condition.
