Splendor Ridge Elk Farm began operations in 1993 with 3 heifer calves on 5 acres of land as we set out to create a farming lifestyle for our young family. Now, nearly 15 years later, our family farm has grown to a herd of 120 animals and 75 acres of land near central Minnesota.
From the very beginning, our genetics have been carefully chosen and our breeding program continues to be thoroughly evaluated on a yearly basis. The results have been very successful as we continue to strive for excellence in all markets.
