Elk Meat

If you are looking for a meat product that does not contain growth hormones, is low in fat and cholesterol and tastes absolutely delicious, elk meat is for you! Elk meat is what we feed our own family!
  • We sell elk meat mixed quarters, halves, and whole animals.
  • Your order can be customized to include burger, steaks and roasts as well as further processed products such as sausage, meat sticks and jerky.
  • Breeding for large body size at an early age.
  • No growth hormones are ever used.
  • Antibiotics are rarely needed.
  • Raised in central Minnesota with abundant natural grasses, clover and alfalfa. Grain is fed seasonally as needed. Animals are grain-finished at least 60 days prior to slaughter to ensure tender, juicy meat.
  • Processed locally under government inspection.

PRICING

Quarters & Halves - $5.00 per pound hanging weight, customer pays processing.  A typical hanging weight for a quarter would be 70-80 lbs. A typical quarter would cost $350-$400 plus processing (or process yourself). Call or email to inquire about availability or to place your order.
