- We sell elk meat primarily in quarters and halves.
- Your order can be customized to include burger, steaks and roasts as well as further processed products such as sausage, meat sticks and jerky.
- Only quality breeding stock are utilized in our elk meat products.
- No growth hormones are ever used.
- Antibiotics are rarely needed.
- Raised in central Minnesota with abundant natural grasses, clover and alfalfa. Grain is fed seasonally as needed. Animals are grain-finished at least 60 days prior to slaughter to ensure tender, juicy meat.
- Processed locally under government inspection.
PRICING
Quarters & Halves - $2.50 per pound hanging weight, customer pays processing. A typical hanging weight for a quarter would be 70-80 lbs.
